THE CIYOF JRANDVIEW TEXAS Foanded 1854 REGULARPLANNING AND ZONING MEETING MINUTES AUGUST 29, 2024 The Planning and Zoning Commission for the City of Grandview met on Thursday, August 29, 2024, at 5:30 p.m. at City Hall. 1.1 Roll Call and Call to Order BY Commissioner Rosso at 5:43 p.m. Board Members Present: Les Carney (Absent) Daphne Fletcher Clifton Hall Justin Jones Bill Bicker Christopher Rosso Darla Dudley (Absent) Administration & Staff: Katherine Reading, City Manager Shannon Pruitt, City Secretary 2. Invocation was led by Commissioner Hall 3. Pledge of Allegiance to the U.S.A. Flag and Texas Pledge was led by Commissioner Rosso. 4.1 Public Comments: There were no comments made. 5. Planning and Zoning Action Items: A. Consider approval of minutes from the Planning and Zoning meeting held on July 25, 2024. Commissioner Hall made a motion to approve the minutes presented from the. July 25, 2024, Meeting. Commissioner Jones seconded the motion. Bicker abstained (Due to absence). Motion carried all ayes. B. Discuss and consider approval of Replat located at 514 Emma Ct combining lot 17and 18 leaving and isolating Tract 1. Presented by Katherine Reading, City Manager Regular Planning and Zoning Meeting Minutes, August 29, 2024 Combine two lots (lots 17and 18) into one lot, 17R1. After the platting is completed, the remaining Tract 1 will be sold to the CiyofGrandview. ISD (Pending). Occupied residence on. Lot. 17 Commissioner Jones made a motion to approve Replat located at 514 Emma Ct combining lot 17 and 18 leaving and isolating Tract 1. Commissioner Fletcher seconded the motion. Motion carried - all ayes. C.Discuss and consider approval of Replat located at 800 S. Louisiana dividing two lots into four individual lots referred to as Lot 1R-1, Lot 1R-2, Lot 4R-1, and Lot 4R-2.
