CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE, AND INVOCATION Mayor Jennifer McCoy called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m. Present: Mayor Jennifer McCoy, Councilmembers Lucia Butler, Randy McCoy, Tammy Baughman, Sunshine Alcorta, Jan Stuteville and Code Enforcement Tambara Farrell, Public Works Director Eric Clark and citizens Cody Wilson.
