CALL TO ORDER, PLEDGE, AND INVOCATION  Mayor Jennifer McCoy called the meeting to order at 6:00 p.m.  Present: Mayor Jennifer McCoy, Councilmembers Lucia Butler, Randy McCoy, Tammy Baughman, Sunshine Alcorta, Jan Stuteville and Code Enforcement Tambara Farrell, Public Works Director Eric Clark and citizens Cody  Wilson.  Absent: Councilmember Chuck Conner and Mayor Pro Tem. James Warren.  The Pledge of Allegiance was followed by the invocation given by Councilmember Randy McCoy.  B. PUBLIC COMMENTS No Public comments. REGULAR AGENDA  Discuss, Consider, and Possibly Take Action Regarding: 31 to item 1. Vote: 3-0 unanimously. 1.3 4th July event. Vote: 3-0 unanimously. Discuss and take action if any, of employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of.  regarding personnel matters as follows at 7:05 p.m.  Jan Stuteville  RECONVENE INTO REGULAR SESSION  Council reconvenes into Regular Session at 7:09 p.m. Discuss and take action on items discussed in Closed Councilmember Tammy Baughman made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Randy McCoy to accept. Jan  Session:  Stuteville's resignation effective immediately. Vote: 3-0 unanimously. Councilmember Randy McCoy discussed the firework show.  COUNCIL COMMENTS K. APPROVAL OF MINUTES  Councilmember Lucia Butler made a motion, seconded by Councilmember Randy McCoy to approve minutes  from March 4, 2024. Vote 3-0 unanimously.
