REGULAR MEETING  A. CALLTOORDER, PLEDGE, AND INVOCATION  With a quorum present, a Special Meeting of the City of Eikhart City Council was called to order by Mayor Jennifer McCoy at 6:03 p.m. at City Hall 110 West Parker Street, Elkhart, Texas 75839. Invocation was given by Present: Mayor Jennifer McCoy; Mayor Pro Tem Chuck Conner; Councilmembers: James Warren, Lucia Butler, Tammy Baughman; Interim City Secretary. Jan Stuteville; Public Works Director Eric Clark; Municipal Judge  Judge Alan Gell.  Alan Gell. B. PUBLICCOMMENTS None. .REGULAR. AGENDA  D Discuss and take action, ifany, on Mobile Home Ordinance; Ordinance No 03182019-1.  After discussion, Mayor Pro' Tem Chuck Conner made ai motion to take no new action on Ordinance No 03182019-1. Councilmember Lucia Butler seconded the motion. Aye votes were 3-No vote-1. Ayes were Councilmembers Lucia Butler, Chuck Conner and James Warren. Councilmember Tammy After this vote, Councilmember Tammy Baughman excused herself from the meeting. There no longer being  Baughman voted no. With the majority voting aye, the motion carried.  ac quorum, the meeting was adjourned.  D. ADJOURN  Councilmember Lucia Butler made a motion to Adjourn the Special meeting due to lack of quorum. The motion  was seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Chuck Conner.
