Jennifer McCoy called the meeting to order at 6:01 p.m. Present: Mayor. Jennifer McCoy, Councilmember Tammy Baughman, Councilmember Tem. James Warren, Councilmember Chuck Conner, Public Works Director Eric Randy McCoy, Mayor Pro Jan Stuteville, Code Enforcement Tambra Farrell. Councilmember Lucia Butler Clark, Interim City Secretary Thep pledge of allegiance was foilowed byt the invocation given by Mayor Pro Tem James Warren. was absent. B. PUBLIC COMMENTS None REGULAR. AGENDA Discuss, Consider, and Possibly Take Action Regarding: 1. Discussed bid for maintenance ofs ground storage tank located at School Campus (Sheridan). The Invoice received from 1&STank Services, LLC was reviewed by Council. After discussion and clarification,a motion was made by Councilmember Randy McCoy to accept the Bid by! 1& STank Services for pressure washing andy painting the ground storage tank located at the School Campus (Sheridan St.) and acknowledging that Elkhart Independent School District would approve and payi for the Logo. Councilmember Tammy Baughman seconded the motion and with all councilmembers' voting 'aye', the 2. Update concerning culverti installation and road repairs. The council was informed of the completion of the installation ofr needed culverts in the citya and some oft the road repairs. Mayor Pro Tem. James Warren madea ar motion tot take no action att this time. The motion was seconded by Councilmember motion carried. Chuck Conner, with all councilmembers voting 'aye', the motion carried. D. PUBLIC WORKS REPORT. Public Works Director Eric Clark reported: 1. Jones Lift station repairs had been completed. 2. The waterline repairs have been completed and turned on. MUNCIPAL COURT Code Enforcement Nikki Farrell reported: 1. Code Enforcement has been busy and has issued ai few citations. 2. Discussed the incident in the city concerning poisoning of some dogs and shots fired. F. MAYOR REPORT Mayor McCoy had nor new business to report. Emergency Management Randy McCoy reported: The date for the safety drill will be the 15th of July. G.
