Discuss and take action, if any, concerning policies for water usage in regards to filling residential pools. Motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Chuck Conner to make no concessions for residential swimming pools. The motion was seconded by Councilmember James Warren. With all voting 'aye' the motion 2. Discuss and take action, if any, on installing speed bumps in various locations throughout the city. Discuss and take action, ifany, to consider a resolution declaring the office of Council Place 2 vacant due to the members failure to comply with section 22.041 (b) of the Local Government Code. Athens Contractors, LLC regarding After review of the bids received, Councilmember Lucia Butler made a motion to accept the 3 bids from Athens Contractors, LLC. Estimate 1274; Oakcrest to Pilgrim; Oakdale to Oakhill; Oak Hill to Lilly; Lilly tol Montgomery; Montgomery to Crockett (Hwy 287) and Ridgeview to Oakwood. Estimate 1275: Main St from W. Parker; Hawthorne to Main; Warren to Watkins; Hawthorne to Main; Watkins from W. Parker. Estimate 1278: South Bridges Culvert. Mayor Pro Tem Chuck Conner seconded the motion. PUBLIC WORKS REPORT  Public Works Director Eric Clark reported on the New Meters with hopes of completion in October 2021. He also discussed issues at the Lift Station due to heavy rains; Leaks repaired due to rain storms on State Hwy. 861; He reported on thel Infrastructure Projects, indicating Phase I was completed, Phase 2i is almost completed, and work on Phase 3 will be starting soon; A pump control went out and extra chlorine was use, but was repaired; He has a maintenance program for all equipment, and he reported Gammage would be closed during the coming  week for construction. No report. F. MAYOR'S REPORT  :. MUNICIPAL COURT/BUDGET REPORT  Mayor Jennifer McCoy reported on the upcoming School Supply Give away; in conjunction with the EVFD Hamburger sales and FUMC homemade ice cream sales. Council will discuss the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline, or dismissal of an Interim City Secretary. (Section 551.074 of the Texas Government Code.) 2.
