Jennifer McCoy called to order at 6:01 p.m.  Present: Mayor. Jennifer McCoy, Mayor Pro Tem Chuck Conner, Councilmember James Warren, Councilmember  Lucia Butler, Councilmember Tammy Baughman, Interim City Secretary Jan Stuteville.  Absent: Councilmember Randy McCoy.  B. PUBLIC COMMENTS No Public Comments : SPECIAL AGENDA  A. Discuss and take action on adopting ordinance 08242022-2 Corrected)concerming Tax Rate of0.262816 Mayor Pro Tem Chuck Conner made a motion to approve the Ordinance 08242022-2, with corrections. Councilmember Tammy Baughman seconded the motion. With all voting 'aye', the motion carried. B. Discuss and take action on Proposed Budget for the Fiscal Year October 1, 2022-September 30, 2023. After discussion concerning the finalized Budget, Mayor Pro Tem Chuck Conner made a motion to approve the Budget for Fiscal Year October 1, 2022-September 30, 2023, as presented. Councilmember James  (adjusted no-new-revenue tax rate).  Warren seconded the motion. With all voting 'aye", the motion carried.  D. ADJOURN  Councilmember Tammy Baughman made a motion to adjourn the meeting, seconded by Mayor Pro Tem Chuck  Conner.
