231  MINUTES OF THE August 28, 2024  WISE COUNTY WATER SUPPLY DISTRICT  PRESENT: Gary Cocanougher, Carol Ann Carson, Dwight Reeves, Andrew Sandford, and  Brennan Williams. ABSENT:  OTHERS PRESENT: General Manager Greg Hall and City Manager Nate Mara.  CALL TO ORDER  Mr. Cocanougher called the meeting to order at 4:05 p.m. and opened the public hearing. 1. RECEIVE COMMENTS REGARDING BUDGET FOR FY 2024-2025.  No public comment. No public comment.  2. RECEIVE COMMENTS REGARDING AD' VALOREM TAX RATE FOR FY: 2024-2025.  Mr. Cocanougher closed the public hearing at 4:11 p.m. 3. CONSIDER ADOPTION OF BUDGET FOR FY 2024-2025. Sandford seconded the motion. The vote was unanimous approved. 4. CONSIDER ADOPTION OF AD VALOREM TAX RATE FOR FY 2024-2025. Williams seconded the motion. The vote was unanimously approved.  Ms. Carson made a motion to adopt the budget for fiscal year 2024-2025 as presented. Mr.  Mr. Reeves made a motion to adopt the 032219 cent tax rate for fiscal year 2024-2025.
