Approve the Certification for Local Governments for City Secretary, Bana Schneider confirmed the completion ofcybersecurity training. Councilman Cummings who arrived at 5:58 p.m. No action from the executive session was required. Discussion of Budget Workshop: 7. Schneider gave an overview oft the changes made since the last budget workshop. 7.1 General Fund Schneider stated a $379,000 overage was corrected leaving the general fund in a much better position. Utility Fund Capital Projects 7.2 7.3 There was discussion regarding the utility rates. 8. Consideration and Action Regarding the Proposed 2023 Tax Rate Notification and Public Hearing.
