Village of] Bonney 09/17/2024 Regular Meeting Minutes  Minutes of] Regular City Council Meeting oft the Village of] Bonney held at the Village of] Bonney Annex Building located at 19025 FM: 521, Bonney, Texas 77583. The meeting was called to order by Mayor  Raymond Cantu at 6:001 P.M. on September 17, 2024.  1. Regular Meeting Roll Call:  There was a quorum with the following members present: Mayor Raymond Cantu, Alderman Jennifer Winans P4, Alderman Karen Doyle P2, Alderman Manuel Cantu, Jr. P3, Alderman Angela Walters P5 and Alderman Tony Gonzalez P1  Attendees: Hellen Perales - City Secretary  Building Inspector - Ralph Smith City Attorney - Larry Boyd  Visitor- - Steve Hohulin, AICP (Quiddity. Engineering)  2. Public Comments - Quiddity Engineering is looking into possible purchasing ofl land in Bonney, TX 3. Consideration and possible action to approve Regular Meeting Minutes of August 20, 2024. A motion was made by Alderman Karen Doyle to approve the Regular Meeting Minutes of August 20, AYE: Alderman Jennifer Winans, Alderman Karen Doyle, Alderman Angela Walters, Alderman  2024 and seconded by Alderman Tony Gonzalez. A motion was made by Alderman Manuel Cantu, Jr. to approve the Special Meeting Minutes of August AYE: Alderman Jennifer Winans, Alderman Karen Doyle, Alderman Angela Walters, Alderman  26, 2024 and seconded by Alderman Karen Doyle. Consideration and possible action to approve the Cloudt Maintenance Contract for the Village of Bonney's Hoot Aerobic System for thej period oflyr, September 23, 2024 thru September 23, 2025. Held Public Hearing on Strategic Partnership Agreement between the Village of Bonney, Texas and Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 64 and approved hearing dates. Second hearing date will be set in October during the next Regular Council Meeting. A motion to approve the second hearing date for the Strategic Partnership Agreement between the Village of Bonney, Texas and Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 64 was made by Alderman Manuel Cantu, Jr. and AYE: Alderman Jennifer Winans, Alderman Karen Doyle, Alderman Angela Walters, Alderman  second by Alderman Karen Doyle. Held Public Hearing on Strategic Partnership Agreement between the Village of Bonney, Texas and Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 88 and approved hearing dates. Second hearing date will be set in October during the next Regular Council Meeting. A motion to approve the second hearing date for the Strategic Partnership Agreement between the Village of Bonney, Texas and Brazoria County Municipal Utility District No. 88 was made by Alderman Angela Walters and AYE: Alderman Jennifer Winans, Alderman Karen Doyle, Alderman Angela Walters, Alderman  second by Alderman Tony Gonzalez. Manuel Cantu, Jr. and Alderman Tony Gonzalez.  Nay: 0 Motion passed.  9. Consideration and possible action to approve Ordinance 4-2024- Adopting a Budget for the Village of Bonney for FY 2024-2025.
