SEPTEMBER 23,2024  WISE COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT MEETING  On this 231d day of September A.D., 2024 at 9:00 A.M. came on to be had a Regular Meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Wise County, Texas held in the Justice of the Peace, Precinct No. 2 Courtroom (200 Rook Ramsey Drive, Decatur, TX) ofs said County in the town of Decatur with  the following members present and presiding:  J.D. Todd Vinéyard to represent Wise County on the Upper Trinity  Groundwater Conseryation District Board of] Directors.  Itwas expressed that Mr. Vineyard will be a great asset having served as à County Extension Agent for the Texas AgriLife Extension Service in Wise County for  about 20yrs.  10. Diana Allen, (Verbal) with Asset Control, requests permission for the following: Transfer of District Court Tahoe to County Court at Law 1 once the new Dispose weapon via trade in for County Court at Law 2  Total loss vehicle from CCL#1 District Court Tahoe arrives Destroy 3 Tasers  Motion made by Hayes, seconded by Lambert, and unanimously. adopted by the Court to approve the purchase of 6additional Tahoe vehicles with equipment for Lt.
