NOTICE OF OPEN MEETING OF THE  COMMISSIONERS COURT OF MARTIN COUNTY, TEXAS  Notice is hereby given that al Regular Meeting of the above named Commissioners Court will be held on Tuesday, the 22nd day of October, 2024, at 9:00 a.m. int the County Courthouse, 301 North St. Peter, Stanton, Texas, at which time the Court will deliberate and consider action on the following items:  1. Public comment; 3. Approve minutes; 4. Officials' reports; 5. Road report; 7. Improvements and repairs; 8. Budget amendments; Extension Agent; 11.Adjourn.  2. Approve payroll and account payable;  6. Discuss and consider permit applications for pipeline utility crossing and access driveways;  9. Approve 2025 Indigent Defense Grant Program Resolution;  10. Discuss and consider new county agent for Martin County with Rebel Royal, AgriLife District  Pursuant to the authority granted under Government Code, Chap. 551, the Commissioners Court may convene a closed session to discuss any oft the above agenda items. Immediately before any closed session, the specific section or sections of Government Code, Chap. 551 which provide statutory authority will be announced. The next regular meeting of the Commissioners Court will be held ont the 12"h day of November, 2024 ,int the Courtroom.
