Bexar County Emergency Services District No.: 3  September 10, 2024 5:30 PM MINUTES  In accordance with Chapter 551 oft the Texas Government Code, notice is hereby given to the public that the Board of Commissioners of Bexar County Emergency Services District No. 3 (BCESD No. 3) had a Public Meeting and Hearing on September 10, 2024 at 5:30 PM. at the Bexar-Bulverde Fire Department  Station 105, 25408 Canyon Golf Road, San. Antonio, Texas, 78260.  1. 2.  Commissioner Wilkinson called meeting to order at 5:32 PM and a quorum was established by roll call. Robert Moss, David Diharce, Ray Wilkinson, George Drew, and John Kirk were Review Purpose ofl Public Meeting and Hearing to discuss proposed tax increase in accordance with Sec. 26.05(d) and Sec. 26.06 oft the Texas Tax Code. Commissioner Wilkinson stated the purpose oft the Public Meeting and Hearing is to discuss a proposed tax increase and to obtain public input in accordance with Section 26.05(d) and Section 26.06 oft the Texas Tax Code. Announce date, time and place ofthe BCESD No. 3 Board Meeting at which thel BCESD No. 3 Board will vote on the proposed tax rate. Commissioner Wilkinson stated that on September 10, 2024 at 6:00 PM, at Bexar Bulverde Fire Station 105, 25408 Canyon GolfRoad, San Antonio, TX, the BCESD No. 3 Board members will vote on the proposed tax rate increase.
