Reporting System Emergent Responses for 8/1-31/24. 1/3 2023 YTD Emergent calls = 2,033 with overall on scene at 6:281 minutes. Monthly report on City of San Antonio (COSA)U.S. Hwy 281 North Commercial Corridor within Bexar County ("Annexed Territory"); discuss/take action as appropriate. Fire Chief Beaudoin reported SAFD Emergent calls in the US Hwy 281N Commercial 13 Emergent San Antonio Fire Department calls in the US HWY 281N corridor. Receive report on BBFD Station(s) 103, 104, 105, and 106; discuss/take action as appropriate. Chief Beaudoin reported the State of Texas deployment by BBFD firefighters ended with ai total of 28 days. Station 103 plans are under review with third parties, with approximately a 75% completion rate. Station 103 project schedule includes sending out contractor bids in October, opening sealed bids in November and talking to possible lenders as soon as possible. RFPs for architectural services for Station 104 addition will be sent out in October. Station 105'sroofcontinues to have issues which will require an additional repair and inspection. Executive Director Bialick reported Bexar County Hospital District sent out RFPS for ambulance service contracting without all stakeholders offering input. ESDs and Bexar County Sheriffs Office are requesting new Final vote to adopt an Order: setting the 2024 Tax Rate for BCESD No. 3j property to MOTION: Commissioner Moss made. motion that the Property Tax Rate be increased by the adoption ofal Property Tax Rate of $0.065493, which is effectively a 6.9 percent increase over the No New Revenue rate of $0.061262 and that the BCESD No. 3 Board approve the attached Order No. 2024-01 dated September 10, Commercial Corridor Area annexed by COSA.
