He noted that there are two residences and a church to the south and there are storage warehouses to the north. He said that Pilgrim Lane is a50 feet right-of-way with deeded utility easements. He said the road is maintained by the property owners. He said he was concerned about any changes to the slope of Pilgrim Lane and would like for a fence to be at the property line for safety. Chairman Gibson closed the public hearing. Chairman Gibson asked Seth Ratliff if he could respond to Mr. Cline's concerns. Mr. Ratliff stated that Pilgrim Lane will not be changed, the only work in the right-of-way would be the connections to the two lots off of Pilgrim Lane. He responded that water and sewer would not be needed to serve this project. He said that he would not be covering or grading near any of the water meters. Mr. Ratliff said that his Commissioner Rehfuss asked about security. Mr. Ratliff said that the chain link fence and the downcast lighting would be the security measures and that cameras would be client would be open to that. considered.
