PLEDGE OF ALLEGIANCE: Chair Chou led the Pledge of Allegiance. CONSIDERATION OF APPROVAL FOR DESIGN REVIEW CASE NOS. DR24- 39 & DR 24-60 AT 816 SIERRA MADRE BOULEVARD FOR THE REPLACEMENT OF EXISTING STEEL WINDOWS WITH LINCOLN ALUMINUM-CLAD WOOD WINDOWS AND EXTERIOR DOORS, AND THE  INSTALLATION OF ONE (I) MARVIN SKYLIGHT (CHEN) Assistant Planner Aubrey Stark-Miller presented the staff report. The following person(s) provided comment:  Dino Rossi (Applicant)  Committee Member Jones moved, seconded by' Vice Chair Cheng, to approve Design Review Case No. DR 23-103 with the condition that the two original windows on the eastern side of the structure be replaced with Arcadia windows, matching the existing windowi in middle. DR24- II AT 1590 CIRCLE DRIVE FOR A 105 SQUARE-FOOT SECOND-STORY ADDITION AND A 300 SQUARE-FOOT OPEN TRELLIS WITH AN OUTDOOR FIREPLACE ON AN EXISTING SECOND-STORY DECK  (AQUINO)  Assistant Planner Sevag Sassounian presented the staff report.
