UPDATES FROM STAFF Community Development Director Beth Lindauer announced that the department went live with E-Trackit; a solution for code enforcement, planning, building permits, and weed abatement. Staff officially finaled the PATH Navigation Center. The Chamber of Commerce renovation is finaled. A new ice cream shop on Main Street is opening. Staff issued a building permit for Wendys and Little Caesars is beginning to move. Finaled a solar project for the Hampton Inn and the new roundabout project is starting Wednesday. Code Enforcement had seven new cases and closed twelve. Most people just don't know they are out of compliance and are eager to comply.
