UPDATES FROM STAFF City Manager Tom Westbrook reported that the 61-unit affordable housing project at 321 S Jackson was awarded a grant for $21 million. If the applicant submits paperwork Community Development Director Beth Lindauer announced the 2nd Annual Fig Festival will be held this Saturday from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. at the River Park; there is a $10 Chairperson Latourell asked for information about community school gardens.
