Salisbury, North Carolina September 10, 2024  SPECIAL MEETING  PRESENT: Mayor Karen K. Alexander, Presiding; Mayor Pro Tem Tamara Sheffield, Council  Members Harry McLaughlin, David Post, and Anthony Smith; City Manager Jim Greene, Jr., City Clerk Connie B. Snyder; and City Attorney J. Graham Corriher.  ABSENT: None.  Members of Council met at the Heritage Room located at 118 East Council Street, Suite Council participated in a bias training led by Mr. Willie Ratchford, Dr. Anthony Wade of WPR Consulting, LLC., Diversity Equity and Inclusion (DEI) Director Anne Little and Human  #8 Salisbury, North Carolina on Tuesday, September 10, 2024 at 4:00 p.m.  Relations Specialist Michael Brooks.  No action was taken by Council.  ADJOURNMENT  Motion to adjourn the meeting was made by Mayor Pro Tem Sheffield.
