Shives presented a proposal outlining the intended use of the funds for a project to "establish demonstration plots to showcase the benefits of  Personnel Matters. All in favor.    463  Chief Clerk Stacey Golden shared thati in an email she received for the final billing that "all tower sites have been inspected and are confirmed to be providing broadband services" with the "only exception being the Town Hill site which according to the scope of work outlined in the proposal, only involved improvements being made on the tower site and did not result in the tower providing service directly to the customers. The tower site will provide service through a separate ongoing ABI project known as the Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve and execute the Sheriff's request from BCCF (Bedford County Correctional Facility) for physician services for a Bedford County  Rural Equity Broadband Project".  inmate.
