407  FULTON COUNTY BOARD OF COMMISSIONERS MEETING  Tuesday, May7,2024 8:30 a.m. at the Commissioners Office  Present: Commissioner Randy Bunch, Commissioner Steven Wible, Commissioner Commissioner Bunch opened up the meeting with prayer and all recited the Pledge of  Hervey Hann and Chief Clerk Stacey Golden  Allegiance to the flag. No Public Comment.  Commissioners met with the County Public Defender Phil Harper to review a grant opportunity (Indigent Defense Grant Program) through PCCD, Pennsylvania Commission on Crime and Delinquency. Harper stated his office is gathering information for the grant and that there will be a completed document that would require the  Commissioners to approve and sign off on.  Commissioners also met with County Treasurer Bonnie Mellott Keefer who shared that two Treasurer's Office employees who gave their notice of retirement. Chief Clerk Golden added it to the May 14th Agenda to officially accept their Retirement Letters and Motion by Commissioner Wible to accept the April 30, 2024 Commissioners Meeting Motion by Commissioner Hann to accept the April 30, 2024 Salary Board Minutes. Smoking and/or smoking products is permitted only in outdoor areas. This policy applies equally to all employees as well as visitors. Motion by Commissioner Bunch to approve. and execute "Amendment 1to Subrecipient Agreement" between the County of Fulton and' Todd Township for the purpose ofi implementing Knobsville Wastewater Treatment Improvements Project in accordance with the County's FFY 2020 Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) Motion by Commissioner Wible to approve and execute the "Authorization to Distribute Surplus Funds" Form authorizing the PCHIP (Pennsylvania County Health Insurance Purchasing Cooperative) to distribute 50% ofit's Claim Fund surplus for the 2023 plan year, in the amount of $10,165.00 to be refunded by check to the county.
