Motion by Commissioner Ulsht to approve the Application for Payment #41 to Guyer Brothers Inc. for the Wells Tannery water system up-grades project int the amount of $75,662.73, which is being paid for with CDBG funds. Motion by Commissioner Lynch to sign and approve the change order #2, 30-day time extension request only, for the Wells Tannery water system up-grades project, whichi is being paid for with CDBG funds.
