RESOLUTION 2024-3  ARESOLUTION. APPROVING A FRANCHISE AGREEMENT WITH ZITO MEDIA, L.P. WHEREAS, Port Allegany Borough wishes to enter into a non-exclusive franchise co-extensive NOW THEREFORE, be it, and it is hereby RESOLVED that the Borough Council of Port Allegany Borough hereby enters into a non-exclusive franchise agreement with Zito Media. L.P. in accordance with the terms and conditions of the franchise agreement presented to and reviewed by Council. RESOLVED this 2nd day of January 2024, by the Borough Council of Port Allegany Borough,  within the corporate limits of said Borough;  McKean County, and Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
