BOROUGH OF MANSFIELD September 25, 2024  The Administrative meeting of the Mansfield Borough Council was held on Wednesday, September 25, 2024, in the Council Room of the Municipal Building, Mansfield, Pennsylvania.  with the following people present:  Robert Fitzgerald Steven McCloskey Kelvin Morgan William Schlosser Robert Strohecker Karri Verno  Casandra Cowles, Secretary-Treasurer  Absent: Visitors:  Adrianne McEvoy Kathryn Barrett, Mayor Zach Stager, Police Chief Gerald Farrer, MMA Board  President Strohecker called the administrative meeting of Council to order at 6:00 PM. The After the pledge, Strohecker called for recognition of visitors. There were no visitor comments. B. Schlosser motioned to approve advertising for the Superintendent position. Fitzgerald Schlosser motioned to approve a pay increase for Lynnette Burton, her pay will go from $20.60 per hour to $30.00 per hour. Fitzgerald seconded the motion and it was approved. D. Morgan motioned to approve payment on the invoice from Wolyniec Construction for sewer main repairs in the PennDOT project area. The invoice is in the amount of E. McCloskey motioned to approve paying the Larson Design Group invoices from the Growing Greener grant funds in the amount of $10,157.10. Schlosser seconded the F.N McCloskey motioned to approve Cassie as the signer for the St. James Street Pay Apps. as she is already on the account as the secondary signer. Schlosser seconded the motion G. Schlosser motioned to approve the St. James Street pay app #8 in the amount of $910,632.52 and the Hunt Engineer invoice in the amount of $37,063.48. Morgan  Pledge of Allegiance was recited.  A. The Superintendent Job Description was discussed. seconded the motion and it was approved.  $5971.72.
