Mahanoy City Christmas Tree Lighting Saturday November 30, 2024 5pm to 8pm  For $10.00 you can set up ai table to selly your crafts, food or promote your organization during the festivities. The $10.00 willl be used to advertise your table int the local paper and social media. Bring or mail your $10.00 and completed form to Mahanoy City Borough Hall, 239 East Pine St. Mahanoy City PA17948. Please have forms turned in by November 20, 2024 we will except vendors after that date but will not be able to get their names on advertisement. BYOT bring your own table please. Sponsored by Mahanoy City Social Club and Mahanoy City Christmas Committee The fun starts at 5pm with entertainment by various community groups  Just before 6pm Santa will arrive in a horse drawn carriage, he willl be led by the Mahanoy Area Marching Band down Center Street from the Elks building to the Christmas tree on Catawissa Street. Santa will light the tree at 6pm and then proceed to the Humane Fire Company where he will greet children and pictures with Santa will be available.
