James. The meeting was held in the Commission Chambers of City Hall. Present were  Commissioners Diane Hopkins, Katrena Felder and Sheinita Bennett  A. Invocation: B. Read by Marquis Nixon, Assistant City Clerk D. Request Motion to Approve Agenda  There was a motion made by Commissioner Hopkins to approve the agenda. Seconded by  Commissioner Bennett.
