MINUTES  WAYCROSS CITY COMMISSION MEETING TUESDAY,SEPTEMBER 3, 2024-5:00 PM WAYCROSS CITY COMMISSION CHAMBERS  CALLTOORDER:  The Waycross City Commission Meeting was called to order on Tuesday, September 3, 2024, at 5:00 pm by Mayor. James. The meeting was held in the Commission Chambers ofCity Hall. Present  were Commissioners Diane Hopkins, Katrena Felder and Sheinita Bennett.  A. Invocation: City Manager B.
