County Administrator's Report County Administrator/EMA Director Terrell Partain EMA Director information storm headed this way on Thursday and Friday. He remarked that if you are going to compare taxes you should include County property taxes also. He also gave the millage rates of surrounding counties noting that Hart County had the lowest. Chairman Sayer pointed out that the County Administration Department Heads and everyone involved in County business are good stewards of and the County's funds. 11. Commissioner's Report Commissioner Bennett thanked all the County Departments. AND INSURANCE PREMIUM TAX ROLLBACK RESOLUTION BE IT HEREBY RESOLVED by the Board of Commissioners of Hart County, in compliance with existing laws pertaining to the funding of services or reduction in taxation of properties in unincorporated Hart County, Georgia as the result of receipt of funds from INSURANCE PREMIUM TAX it is hereby resolved that there shall be an "Insurance Premium Rollback" in the amount of 0.0 mills which shall apply only against the Maintenance and Operations levy for the unincorporated areas of Hart County, Georgia.
