Motion carries 4-0  Approval of Monthly Board Meeting Agenda: Member Hand made a motion to Approval of Previous Meeting Minutes September 23, 2024: Member Wallace made ai motion to approve the minutes oft the September 23, 2024, meeting; Second by Board Comments: All four Board members spoke of their support for Glen Johnson, Swearing in ofNew Board Chair: Judge Keith Wood called Glen Johnson tot the front lectern and administered the Oath ofOffice to ChairJohnson and presented him with his Certificate from the Governor appointing him as the Chair oft the BOER for the remainder of thei term oft the previous Chair with the term ending July 3, 2025. Congratulations and Pictures: Board members, family, and friends gathered at the  Member Hand. Motion carries 4-0. who will bei the: new Chair ofthe BOER.  lectern to congratulate ChairJ Johnson and have pictures taken.    The Passing of the Gavel: ChairJohnson was called toi the Dias and Acting Chair Glade presented Chair Johnson with the gavel and had him take his seat.
