Ispoke with Samuel Fessler (witness), his mother Janine Fessler and father Dylan Fessler (owners). They had checked their yard to make sure there were no other dogs in the yard before they let Bob (victim) outside. Samuel explained that 3 bigger dogs came into their backyard and attacked and killed their dog and then ran off. They knew who the owners of the dogs were and explained that this is nott the first time this has happened and that they had attacked another one of their dogs some years back.I informed them that I would look for an old case reporting this and it could possibly tum into a dangerous dogs case. They were under thei impression that nothing could be done about this but stated if the dogs came back into their yard, proceededi to go speak with the owners of the aggressive dogs. When larrived to 230 Lake Rebel Dr, Jessica Lange came toi the door and Ia asked her if her dogs were home and that they had been involved in a dog fight. She stated that another neighbor came to inform her of the incident and that her dogs were home and beat up as well.
