Those present were Dave Hornung, Cory Wall, Stan Hitchcock, Theresa Korbelik, Susan Corliss, Jeff Cure, Kelly Alvarez, Alex Mathews, Brie Anderson, Mollie Smith, Libby Daly, Michelle Shook, Jennie Geiger, Sami Mourtada, and Cameron Thompson. In-Person Schedule- - Commissioners Board Room 8:00 AM - Alex Mathews Apex Singing Grass Conceptual Site Plan for Singing Grass Wind-Apex Clean Energy Wind Energy Project Introduction of members for Apex (Alex Mathews, Brie Anderson, Mollie Smith, Libby Daly, Michelle Shook, and Jennie Geiger) Xcel (Sami Mourtada and Cameron Thompson), and Kit Carson County were done. Discussion was held on section lines with only one towerb being close to a section line. They asked about the time involved in the road review for Road Use Agreement. A: reminder that the roads ini the agreement are the responsibility oft the construction crew during the project. January 2025 is the planned public hearing for the construction phase The transmission line will be a one step process because it is in the scope of work with $100,000 in fees to be paid. The plan is to have the public hearing in February 2025. The comparison between 2022 and 2023 showed similar growth with the budgeting process being considered well done. The Single Audit was clean with the corrections for 2022 completed. The compisary needs tol be completed and review of the Highway roads report the audit will be complete and submitted. There will not be an option of an extension next year but they anticipate to complete the 2024 Audit in June 2025.
