This is the same firm that the City of Chico has been using under the name of Steven Gilland, PC. for: several years, Mr. Gilland retired ands sold his firm to Karen Lee. (KJL) 11. Wastewater Treatment Plant Louis Boothi from TRWA was present to speak tot the council about some issues att the WWTP. He has been working with Ryan Champ, WWTP Operator, for 2 days to help find out what is going They will need to drain the digester. They will need a hydrovac truck to empty the digester and dispose oft the sludge. The City of Decatur said they could take 60,0001 to 80,000 gallons ofs sludge Also alot oft the diffusers are broken and: somej just do not work properly. There ares some diffusers needing to be replaced. We will call around and get! bids andi find out what will bet the best option. We had half the diffusers replaced about 4 years ago by Southwest Fluid, we paid roughly Motion by Jimmy Counts and seconded by Josh McDaniel to authorize the Mayor to begin with 13.
