I.  City Council will convene: for a Special Meeting at the Elmendorf City Hall at 6:00 pm August 22,  2024. Citizens Participation No citizens for participation General Business  II.  1. Conduct and discuss a budget workshop for fiscal year 2024-2025.  City Administrator Cody Dailey states this is a mini budget workshop before the official budget workshop in the next week or two. The proposed tax rate and salaries are to be reviewed today. Reminds City Council that specific employees cannot be discussed and to speak about departments in general. The current tax rate is set at $0.390168 and the new rate to be considered is $0.387816. Councilmember Dziuk motions to approved the proposed rate of $0.387816. Councilmember Ortiz  seconds and a vote is called.
