Public Discussion: None. VI. Regular Items: Discussion and/or Vote  A. Al Motion to renew the Briar Reno Fire Department Contract for a 2-year period was made by Alderman Scallan; Motion was seconded by B. A Motion to approve the Proposed Budget for 2024/2025 was made by Alderman Scallan; Motion was seconded by Alderman Gunter; Motion was  Alderwoman Cozad; Motion passed.  approved with a recorded vote as follows:  Alderman Guater Alderwoman Cozad Alderman Scallan Alderman Valdez  YES YES YES YES    AI Motion to keep the Property Tax Levy at $0.15 per $100.00 for 2024/2025 was made by Alderwoman Cozad; Alderman Scallan seconded the Motion:  Motion was approved with a recorded vote as follows:  Alderman Gunter Alderwoman Cozad Alderman Scallan Alderman Valdez  YES YES YES YES  VII.
