EXECUTIVE SESSION = PERSONNEL MATTERS    The Moulton City Council will adjourn into Closed Session per Title 5, Chapter 551, Section 551.074 to deliberate the appointment, employment, evaluation, reassignment, duties, discipline or dismissal ofa city A motion was made by Councilmember Nieto with a second being made by Councilmember Mejias to  lineman.  adjourn into. CONSIDERATION: - PERSONNEL MATTERS The Council returned to Open Session at 7:44 p.m.  Consideration and possible action regarding Item 4, Personnel Matters.  A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Hughes with a second being made by Councilmember, Nieto to authorize the City Administrator to offer up to $2.00 per hour increase to the city lineman.
