CONSIDERATION- ORDINANCE NO. 06112019-01  Chief Beyer presented awards to Officer Proske and citizens Becky and Billy Quarles for their life  (LuAm Rogers, City Administrator) 6.02.005 Ditches.  Consideration and possible action to amend Ordinance No.06112019-01, specifically, Article 6, Section A motion was made by Councilmember Nieto with a second being made by Councilmember Mejias to accept the amendment, provide by the City Attorney to Ordinance. No. 06112019-01.  The motion was approved. (5-0)    8. CONSIDERATION- RESOLUTION NO. 10102023-01  (LuAnn Rogers, City Administrator)  Consideration and possible action to approve nominee(s) for thel Lavaca County Central Appraisal District A motion was made by Mayor Pro Tem Hughes with a second being made by Councilmember, Moeller  Board of Directors by adopting Resolution No. 10102023-01.  to approved. Resolution No. 10102023-01 nominating Ronald. Braeuery for election.  The motion was approved. (5-0) 9. CONSIDERATION- GRANT UPDATES (Councilmember Mejias) No action was taken.
