No Council/Board discussion or action may occur until such matter  has been placed on an agenda and posted in accordance with law.)  6.0 CONSENT AGENDA  6.1 Consider and act upon approving minutes from the September 10, 2024, meeting, as  printed.    7.0 PRESENTATION  7.1 Presentation to Chris Donlan for 5 years of service to the City ofClyde.  7.2 Presentation concerning cardboard recycling.  8.0 REGULAR AGENDA  8.1 Consider with possible action to adopt AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF CLYDE, TEXAS AMENDING CHAPTER 4 "BUSINESS REGULATIONS, ARTICLE 4.02 PEDDLERS AND SOLICITORS" OF THE CLYDE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO UPDATE REGULATIONS REGARDING SOLICITATION WITHIN THE CITY; REQUIRING REGISTRATION: ESTABLISHING PENALTIES; PROVIDING FOR EXCEPTIONS; AMENDING CHAPTER FS "FEE SCHEDULE" OF THE CODE OF ORDINANCES TO ESTABLISH A FEE FOR SAID REGISTRATION; PROVIDING SEVERABILITY AND REPEALER CLAUSES; AND PROVIDING FOR PUBLICATION AND AN EFFECTIVE DATE.  9.0 FINANCIAL STATEMENT  Income Statement Summary ending September 30, 2024.  10.0 ADJOUKNMENT  "The City Council for the City of Clyde reserves the right to adjourn into an Executive.
