Consider a resolution declaring one 1994 Nema TS1 signal cabinet as surplus and  ratify the donation ofthe cabinet to the City of Comanche, Texas.  11. Bids  A. Consider awarding a bid to GWG Wood Group from Ferris, Texas, for the Landfill's brush grinding for the 24-25 budget year, at a cost not to exceed  $100,300. Consider awarding the contract for audit services for the City of Brownwood and its component unit Brownwood Municipal Development District tol Pattillo, Brown, & Hill for the fiscal year ending 9/30/2024 at a cost of $52,000 with an option to  contract for the 24-25 budget year.  extend for two additional years.  12. Agreements and Contracts  A. Consider authorizing the City Manager to sign a contract with eHTt to complete the Landfill 2025. Air Emission Rate Report at a cost not to exceed $62,500. B. Consider approving an Agreement with P3Works, LLC for a Public Improvement District (PID) and Tax increment Reinvestment Zone (TIRZ) Creation and  Administration Services.  13. Reports  A. TCEQ water line inventory and replacement project.  B. Council may tour the newly renovated Terminal at the Brownwood Regional  Airport following the Council meeting.  14.
