CALL TO ORDER Mayor Margolis called the meeting to order at 10:02 a.m. 2. CITIZENS INPUT There were no Online Input submissions for this meeting. Two individuals spoke during Citizens' Input. 2. Miguel Sarmiento, Rowlett - update on Proposition/ A 1. Gail Fischer, Rowlett - zoning issues, fluoride toxicity, mosquito spraying, and bond issuance 3. WORK SESSION 3A. Municipal Complex Schematic Design Charrette. David Hall, City Manager, stated this exercise will ensure the City Council's vision and direction for James Beers, Steven Janeway, and Don' Wertzberger with Hoefer Welker presented this exercise. Discussed master planning options to develop a clear understanding of a workable scheme, ensuring everyone agrees on the direction we're heading. Clarified that the various options are part of a strategic study for space utilization, not final design solution. Discussions included secured parking, street parking, the City Hall/Courts combination building, the square footage of each structure, and relocating the animal shelterfurther from nearby homes.
