Consideration and Action to grant as subdivision waiver for Ranchito Lal Minita Subdivision, located in the Extraterritorial Jurisdiction of the City of Brownsville, from the municipal platting process and solely Assistant Director, Martin Vega, provided a brief explanation of the requested subdivision waiver for Vice-Chairman David Ramirez, moved to grant a subdivision waiver exempting Ranchito La Minita Subdivision, locatedi ini thel Extraterritorial. saaCy-ths from thei municipal plattingprocess  proceeding with Cameron County Jurisdiction.
