WELCOME. AND PUBLIC COMMENTS  Laurie Dannheim wanted to thank the Commissioners and give an update on the status of the  repairs/maintenance oft the dams throughout the county. CONSIDER BURN BAN -1 TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION No action will be taken. The Burn Ban will remain lifted  CONSIDERIDISCUSS/APPROVE RENEWAL OF COUNTY CHOICE SILVER FOR 2025 = Mrs. Gierisch stated that the County currently has medical, and prescription plans available for the retirees through Texas Association of Counties. The medical is Plan Fa and is not increasing inp price. The prescription plan is going to increase 2.28%. Commissioner Dillard made a motion toc continue with the current plans available for the County retirees through TAC, duly seconded CONSIDERIDISCUSSIAPPROVE RESOLUTION AND MULTIPLE USE AGREEMENT WITH Commissioner Gully made ar motion to approve the Resolution and Multiple Use Agreement with TxDOT, as presented, duly seconded by Commissioner Dillard. Motion carried 4-0. See Exhibit CONSIDER/DISCUSS/APPROVE BA FOR PRECINCT 3 TO PURCHASE TRUCK AND There is going to be a Special Meeting on Friday, September 27, 2024, for all Budget Amendments. This will be takeni into consideration at that meeting. No action willl be taken. CONSIDERIDISCUSCUSS/APPROVE CONCHO CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT'S 2025 Commissioner Dillard made a motion to approve the Concho Central Appraisal District's 2025 Budget, as presented, duly seconded by Commissioner Gully. Motion carried 4-0. See Exhibit' "D" CONSIDERIDISCUSCUSSAPPROVE RESUMING THE CONTRACT WITH AIRMED FOR THE The Commissioners Court discussed possibly putting something in the paper, on the website, on the Sheriff's app, and flyers about how the citizens of the County would feel about this service. Mrs. Gierisch will contact Wes McAiden and see if he will come speak to Commissioners Court.  TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION  by Commissioner Gully. Motion carried 4-0. OASDEROECISSAPPROVE APPLICATION FOR PIPELINEIUTILITY PERMIT FOR Commissioner Bradshaw made a motion to approve the permit for Coleman County Telephone Company for the parallels and road crossings as presented, duly seconded by Commissioner OASOPRORCISSATPROVE MEETING WITH AARON CLEMENTS, DICKENS COUNTY Mr. Clements spoke to Commissioners Court about what he could possibly help Concho with. He said that hel has his private practice on the side, and he helps multiple counties with County tax abatements and PILOT programs. Commissioner Bradshaw made a motion to approve a contract with Aaron Clements and giving Judge Dillard permission to sign on behalf of Commissioners Court, duly seconded by Commissioner Gully. Motion carried 4-0. See Exhibit' "K" OABDPRORCISATPROVE BUILDING A FENCE ALONG THE SOUTH SIDE OF THE COUNTY-OWNED PROPERTY ACROSS FROM THE PAINT ROCK COMMUNITY CENTER - Commissioner Dillard made a motion to contact 3-4 companies to get estimates andt time frames tog get a metal fence built, duly seconded by Commissioner Bradshaw. Motion carried 4-0. CONSIDERIDISCUSSIAPPROVE 2024 NATIONAL 4-H WEEK PROCLAMATION - TAKE Commissioner Gully made a motion to approve and designate October 6-12, 2024, as National 4-H Weeki in Concho County, Texas, duly seconded by Commissioner Bradshaw. Commissioner Gully made ar motion to approve and paya alla accounts due and owing by Concho County, duly. seconded by Commissioner REPORTS, INFORMATION. AND FUTURE AGENDA ITEMS - NOACTIONTOBETAKEN Mrs. Gierisch recéived ar notice from West Texas Gas Utility, LLC oft the proposed rate change for Natural Gas. Ther rate change is going from $43.37 to $79.00 for non-residential customers. See Mrs. Gierisch presented the Pledged Securities report from First National Bank of Wichita Falls. Judge Spoonts stated that County Attorney Ginger Pauly will be back next week. Hel has a fewj jury Commissioner Gully statedt that he will not be present att the October gth Commissioners Court. There will be a Special Meeting oft the Commissioners Court this Friday, September 27, 2024, at The next regular Commissioners Court meeting will be on Tuesday, October 8, 2024, at 10:00  4-0.
