WELCOME. AND PUBLIC COMMENTS Laurie Dannheim wanted to thank the Commissioners and give an update on the status of the repairs/maintenance oft the dams throughout the county. CONSIDER BURN BAN -1 TAKE APPROPRIATE ACTION No action will be taken. The Burn Ban will remain lifted CONSIDERIDISCUSS/APPROVE RENEWAL OF COUNTY CHOICE SILVER FOR 2025 = Mrs. Gierisch stated that the County currently has medical, and prescription plans available for the retirees through Texas Association of Counties. The medical is Plan Fa and is not increasing inp price. The prescription plan is going to increase 2.28%. Commissioner Dillard made a motion toc continue with the current plans available for the County retirees through TAC, duly seconded CONSIDERIDISCUSSIAPPROVE RESOLUTION AND MULTIPLE USE AGREEMENT WITH Commissioner Gully made ar motion to approve the Resolution and Multiple Use Agreement with TxDOT, as presented, duly seconded by Commissioner Dillard. Motion carried 4-0. See Exhibit CONSIDER/DISCUSS/APPROVE BA FOR PRECINCT 3 TO PURCHASE TRUCK AND There is going to be a Special Meeting on Friday, September 27, 2024, for all Budget Amendments. This will be takeni into consideration at that meeting. No action willl be taken. CONSIDERIDISCUSCUSS/APPROVE CONCHO CENTRAL APPRAISAL DISTRICT'S 2025 Commissioner Dillard made a motion to approve the Concho Central Appraisal District's 2025 Budget, as presented, duly seconded by Commissioner Gully. See Exhibit' "D" CONSIDERIDISCUSCUSSAPPROVE RESUMING THE CONTRACT WITH AIRMED FOR THE The Commissioners Court discussed possibly putting something in the paper, on the website, on the Sheriff's app, and flyers about how the citizens of the County would feel about this service. He said that hel has his private practice on the side, and he helps multiple counties with County tax abatements and PILOT programs. Commissioner Bradshaw made a motion to approve a contract with Aaron Clements and giving Judge Dillard permission to sign on behalf of Commissioners Court, duly seconded by Commissioner Gully.
