Commissioner Martin made a motion to authorize the mayor to utilize the funds up to $125,000 for Sheldon and Eckhart Streets as presented from the Street and Maintenance account with a second by Commissioner Karch. Consideration and possible action on Interlocal Agreement regarding the Participation of the City of Thrall, Texas, and Williamson County, Texas, in the design and construction cost related to the North Barker Street Project. Consideration and possible action regarding the purchase of sign(s) for the crosswalks located on Bounds Street for the purpose of school safety for' Thrall ISD. Commissioner Martin. Commissioner Martin made a: motion to purchase the light kit for the crosswalks for the safety of Thrall ISD with a second by Commissioner Karch. Motion carried 3-0. 5.5.
