As soon as the repairs are completed and the clarifier is up and Deputy Manuel discussed the dog problem in Rose City. We are unable to cover 24 hours for dog complaints and are having trouble enforcing the Orange County dog ordinance. The Marshal's office currently! has two vehicles, the White Ford Explorer and Grey Ford Explorer. The white Explorer has issues with the 02s sensors having to be replaced every other day and! has problems with its rear axle. What would the council like to do? Should we continue paying for repairs, trade-in, or sell outright and order a new one? Mayor Wilcoxson: suggested we find out how much the city has spent on the repairs thus far and discuss REVISED MOU AGREEMENT BETWEEN ROSE CITY MARSHAL'S OFFICE AND ORANGE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE Deputy Manuel discussed the changes with the council on the MOU, and all council members agreed upon the A motion to accept the Revised MOU contract between the Rose City Marshal's Office and Orange County Sheriff's Mr. Bernardino apologized for the service Live Oak has been providing for the last several months and wanted to assure the council that the company is making changes toi improve its service. Wel have totally redone our routes, news software, repaired trucks and hired new drivers.
