STAFF REPORTS  Laura Stimits addressed the council about issues with neighbors and suggested to the council to change Ordinance# 28, MINIMUM: STANDARDS OF SANITATION ANDI HEALTH PROTECTION MEASURES.  Sanil Monim addressed the council about obtaining liquor licenses for Rose City to sell alcohol ini the Gateway Travel Plaza. The city received two bids for the meter contract: Accurate Meter Supply and HydroPro Solutions. AI Motion was carried out by Council Member. INFRAMARK    COUNCIL TO AWARD ENGINEERING SERVICES AGREEMENT FOR THE 2023/2024 TXCDBG STREET PROJECT CDV23- AI Motion was carried out by Council Member. Jeff Dorn and Seconded by Council Member Ami Dorn to accept KSA Engineers, INC. for the 2023/2024 TXCDBG STREET PROJECT CDV23-0208. The motion carried unanimously. MOU AGREEMENT BETWEEN ROSE CITY MARSHAL'S OFFICE AND ORANGE COUNTY SHERIFF'S OFFICE AI Motion was carried out by Council Member. Jeff Dorn and Seconded by Council Member Linda Durmon to accept the MOU! 5-year contract between the Rose City Marshal's Office and Orange County Sheriff's Office. The motion The city is working on another drainage grant to help with the drainage issues on Snyder. Burrus St. Levins Engineering is looking into our options for better drainage int this area. The mayor is meeting with the Orange County Drainage District to address the drainage issues at Tiger Creek. The North side of Tiger Creek was cleaned  0208  carried unanimously.
