CALL' TOORDER Chair Casey Bingham called the regular meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Commission members present were Chair Casey Bingham, Vice-Chair Ann Lemons, LaPortia Hurse, Daphne King, and Benjamin Nickerson II. Hold aj public hearing and discuss and consider approval of an Ordinance amending the City of] Forney Comprehensive Zoning Ordinance by adding a definition, regulations, and Peter Morgan introduced the item. The proposed ordinance adds aj permit process and regulations for donation boxes. Chairman Bingham opened thej public hearing at 6:58 p.m. Filip Filipov spoke in favor of the request.
