CALL' TO ORDER Vice-Chair Ann Lemons called the regular meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Commission members present were Vice-Chair Ann Lemons, LaPortia Hurse, Daphne King, Sandra Carrasco, C. Ryan Childress and Benjamin Nickerson II. City staff present were. Director of Community Development Peter Morgan, Senior Planner Alex Dixon, Assistant City Manager Karl Zook, City Attorney Jon Thatcher, and Administrative Assistant Kylee Goodson. Chair Casey Bingham was absent. II. INVOCATION Commissioner Nickerson gave the invocation. III. CONSENT ITEMS 1. Consider approval of the May 2, 2024, Planning and Zoning Commission meeting Commissioner Hurse made a motion to approve the minutes. Commissioner Carrasco seconded the motion.
