CALLTOORDER  Chair Casey Bingham called the regular meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. Commission members present were Chair Casey Bingham, Vice-Chair Ann Lemons, Sandra Carrasco, Ryan Childress and Daphne King. City staff present were Director ofCommunity Development Peter Morgan, Senior Planner Alex Dixon, Assistant City Manager Karl Zook, City Engineer John Casey, and Commission Secretary Kylee Goodson. Commission members LaPortia Hurse and Benjamin  Nickerson were absent. II. INVOCATION for Michael Lewis. III. CONSENT ITEMS  Vice Chair Ann Lemons gave the invocation. Commissioner Carrasco seconded  the motion. The motion passed by a vote of5 ayes and 0 nays.  IV. PUBLIC HEARINGITEMS  1. Hold aj public hearing and discuss and consider approval of an ordinance approving a conditional use permit for a food vendor to operate at 210 E. Broad Street. Peter Morgan introduced thei item. Chairman Casey Bingham opened thej public hearing at 6:33pm. No one from thej public spoke and the public hearing was closed. Vice-Chair    Lemons made ai motion to approve the conditional usej permit. Commissioner King seconded the motion. The motion passed by a vote of 5 ayes and 0 nays. 2. Hold aj public hearing and discuss and consider approval of an ordinance approving a conditional use permit for a snow cone trailer to operate at 907 E. Broad Street. Peter Morgan introduced thei item. Chairman Casey Bingham opened the public hearing at 6:35pm. No one: from the public spoke and the public hearing was closed. Vice-Chair Lemons made ai motion to approve the conditional use permit. Commissioner Childress seconded the motion. Thei motion passed by a vote of5 ayes and 0 nays. 3. Hold aj public hearing and discuss and consider approval ofa conditional use permit fora temporary residential use (mobile home) to locate on property zoned within Planned Development Ordinance No. 24-25, located north ofU.S. Highway 80 and east ofNorth Peter Morgan introduced the item. Chairman Casey Bingham opened the public hearing at 6:37pm. No one from the public spoke and the public hearing was closed. Commissioner Childress made a motion to approve the conditional use permit.
