pickinson  MINUTES City ofDickinson July 22, 2024  BUILDING STANDARDS COMMISSION  The Dickinson City Council met in a duly called and announced on Monday, July 22, 2024, at 6:00 PM. 4403 State Hwy 3 Dickinson, TX 77539 The meeting was held for the purpose of considering the  following items:  ITEM1.) CALLTOORDER AND CERTIFICATION OF AQUORUM  Councilmembers present were as follows: Garland Copelin, Callen Hajda, Kevin Lane, 1.A Consider electing a chairperson and vice chairperson and secretary oft the Building  David Floyd.  Standards Commission Board ofDirectors. Vice Chair did not choose  David Floyd motioned to Approve Chairperson - Kevin Lane Secretary did not choose, and Garland Copelin seconded the motion. 4AYES (Garland Copelin, Callen Hajda, Kevin Lane, David Floyd)  VOTE: ONAYS MOTION PASSED  ITEM2.) ANNOUNCEMENTS AND PRESENTATIONS  2.A Receive a report from City staff.  ITEM3.) PUBLIC COMMENTS  Members of the public are invited to give comments at this time, lasting not longer than 3 minutes.
