Open Meeting, Invocation, Pledge of Allegiance- invocation, followed by the Pledge of Allegiance. Chairman Baker called the meeting to order at 6:00 pm. and led the 2. Five (5) minutes will be allowed during a Public Hearing. Comments will be allowed beforeconsidering each item on the agenda, provided that the City Secretary has received a speaker request form before the Roland Napoles spoke during agenda item # 6. Mr. Napoles resides in the City of Crandall's ETJ. Mr. Napoles spoke regarding concerns about the homes in Crane Crossing being rental properties and wanted Approval of the Planning and Zoning Minutes: June 11,2024- Chairman Baker made a motion to approve. The property is generally located approximately 4,200 feet Southeast of FM 741 and CR_269 intersection in the City of Crandall's city limits, Kaufman County, Chairman Baker read aloud the City Planner review comments. Chairman Baker made a motion to approve. Committee member Barnes seconded the motion. The motion was carried out with a vote of 5-0. Discuss and considera a request for approval of a Final Plati for Crane Crossing Phase 1 as requested by Dasson's Forney 208, LP.Crane Crossing Phase 1 consists of 69.549 acres of land. The property is generally located North ofUS175 Frontage Rd, Northwestof FM 148 int the City of Crandall's ETJ, Kaufman County, Texas- Chairman Baker read aloud the City Planner review comments. The City Manager informed citizen Roland Napoles that the city has not been notified that this development will be rental properties. Chairman Baker made a motion to approve. Committee member Branson seconded the motion. The motion was carried out with a vote of 5-0. Discuss and consider a request for approval ofa Final Plati for Crane Crossing Phase 2 as requested by Dasson's Forney 208, LP. Crane Crossing Phase 2 consists of 148.360 acres of land. The property is generally located North of US175 Frontage Rd, Northwestofl FM 148 in the City of Crandall's ETJ, Kaufman County, Texas- Chairman Baker read aloud the City Planner review comments. The City Manager instructed the City Secretary to record the final plat after all the public infrastructure is complete and has been inspected. Chairman Baker made a motion to approve.
