Habay  NOTICE OF REGULAR MEETING OF THE GOVERNING BODY OF THE ARANSAS PASS CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT  NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT A REGULAR MEETING OF THE ARANSAS PASS CRIME CONTROL AND PREVENTION DISTRICT (APCC&PD) TO BE HELDONT THE 10TH DAY OF OCTOBER 2024 AT 5:30 PM AT THE OFFICE OF THE BOARD, AT THE CITY HALL LOCATED AT 600 W. CLEVELAND BLVD., ARANSAS PASS, TEXAS ATI WHICH TIME THE FOLLOWING SUBJECTS WILL  BE DISCUSSED, CONSIDERED, AND PASSED OR ADOPTED TO WIT:  1. Call meeting to order.  2. Consider and Act on the Minutes of September 12, 2024. 3. Review and Discuss Financial Statements.  4. Consider and Act on adding the APPD IT administrator to the first responder stipend list with 5. Consider and Act on giving a one-time grant to the APISD to enhance the Safety and Security  the dispatchers. in the district.  6. Consider and Act on invoices for payment.  7. Review and Discuss Crime Control and Prevention District updates since the last meeting.  8. Discuss and Act on items coming from these updates.  9. Citizen's comment. 10. Adjournment of meeting.  The Board may go into closed session at any time permitted by Chapter 551, of the Government Code. Before going into closed session, a quorum of the board must be assembled in the meeting room, the meeting must be convened as an open meeting pursuant to proper notice, and the presiding officer must announce that a closed session will be held and must identify the sections of Chapter 551, Government  Code, authorizing the closed session.
