The following members were present:  Members:  Richard Foard, Chairperson Terry Artman, Board Member Kenneth Blevins, Board Member Craig Robey, Board Member Roger Welsh, Board Member Gregory Milich, Master, ARS/Blue DOT  Scott Schott, Chief, Plumbing Services, Harford County DILP Gina Goetzke, Mechanical Board Secretary, Harford County DILP Emily Dickey, Senior Customer Support Analyst, Harford County DILP  Call to order: The meeting was called to order at 10:00 a.m. The Mechanical Board Meeting  minutes recorded on February 14, 2024 were reviewed and approved.  Old Business: There were no items to discuss.  New Business:  The Board reviewed/discussed statuses ofHouse Bills 503, 642, 772 & Senate Bill 54. The Board reviewed/discussed the code updates to be effective no later than 6-1-2024. The Board reviewed/discussed R454B freon & equipment coming out 4th quarter 2024 The Board reviewed/discussed Residential Energy Code 2021 Update training on April The Board requested email be sent to HACC advising of5-22-2024 exam date & The Board decided that the next scheduled Board meeting for May 15, 2024 will be  and requiring persons to be certified.  25, 2024 & that no inspections will be scheduled for that day.
